At River City Play Systems we do everything in our power to ensure your playground purchase goes as smooth as possible! From the initial playground purchase to the playground installation, we'll be there every step of the way!
We do our best to communicate with you every step of the way by phone, email and text message to make sure we remain on the same page! This greatly helps take the stress out of what can be big decision for the family!
So What Happens After Your Playground Purchase?
We'll give you a call within 3 business days to discuss the placement of your playground, what access we have to that location, and a few more pieces of information to make sure we have everything needed to plan for a successful installation! If you opted for shipping on your playground we'll make sure to get you an electronic copy of the installation instructions, as well discuss some tips and tricks for your playground installation!
Shortly after that, if not during the first call, our team will call (along with additional email correspondence) to schedule a service date for delivery and/or installation of your playground. If we're shipping your playground we'll get you a tracking number as soon as it's available!
A technician will call you the day before your playground installation and confirm a window for arrival. Any additional questions can be answered at that time.
Relax and enjoy a cold beverage while River City Play Systems installs your playground! If the playground is being shipped to you, we suggest you wait until AFTER you're done installing the playground to enjoy your cold beverages (excludes water and Gatorade.)
Once service and safety checks are complete your family will be ready to enjoy your new playground for many, MANY years to come!
